About Me

Kevin Middleton
Kevin with cat - illustration Kevin's cats on cat tree Carne asada fries homemade

I care about how teams work together. How decisions get made, who's in the room, and whether people actually have the context they need to do good work. That's what I spend my time on.

What I Mean by "Full Stack PM"

I work across people, process, and product. I'm hands-on at every level: running meetings, cleaning up details, digging into data, or building a quick prototype. I turn messy problems into clear systems teams can own, and I use AI where it removes friction or speeds things up. I believe internal tools deserve the same craft as consumer products.

Most of my best work happens between teams that don't usually talk to each other. Engineering and support. Product and marketing. I broker the agreements, bring the context, and make sure nobody's working in the dark.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my cats, and getting lost in pop culture and trivia.

My Values

Start With Understanding

Begin with the problem, the people, and the constraints. Good outcomes start with listening.

Give Grace, Get Grace

Lead with empathy. Assume good intent. People do their best work when they feel supported.

Collaboration Wins

Better ideas and better teams come from solving problems together with shared context and clear ownership.

Keep It Human

Communicate openly and kindly. Make space for people. Celebrate progress and support one another.

Structure Without Rigidity

Bring clarity to complex problems. Create direction without extra process. Keep the work light.

Make It Simple

Turn complex workflows into clear, reliable systems that people actually use.

Professional Experience

Choose how you want to view my experience.
